1.  Graduate Membership includes every person elected or included in the membership register for as long as his name continues in the register under that capacity.

2.  It is not permissible to elect or transfer any person for graduate membership unless the board has made sure of the following conditions:

a) The candidate’s age must not be less than twenty-one years.

b) At the time of application, the candidate must be practicing suitable practical training, and working to obtain the experience in designing or executing works that are included in the sphere of the engineering profession, and that qualify him for full membership

c) The candidate must be holding any of the qualifications stipulated in Article 10 1) b.

3.  According to the board, every graduate member can remain in the graduate membership registry until the end of the year when the member reaches thirty-three years of age; However, it is not permitted for anyone to remain a graduate member when he becomes qualified to be elected for full membership.
